Two Weeks Down

We got through another week, and go back in tomorrow morning for her third treatment. I feel a little bit like we know what to expect now, so it feels a little easier to go back. The treatment days haven't been so bad, we've been able to order her a food tray when they are starting her on fluids, so by the time the chemo starts, her food is there and she just sits still to eat. Hopefully that will work out again tomorrow.

Tomorrow will be an early start (7:30), so hopefully we'll be home by nap time. Fin is also going to be dropping by after school, so he'll get to see what happens while we're there, and hopefully understand what is going on a little more.

She seems to be doing pretty well with everything, but I think she is feeling the nausea somewhat, and doesn't want to eat much the first few days after treatment. We got some of her favorite soup this time, so we'll see if that convinces her to eat a little better. But she's still acting like herself, even if she isn't eating a ton, and it doesn't seem to keep her down.

Staying in the house most of time is the hardest for all of us - the weather sucks, and we're going nuts! Any suggestions on really awesomely fun things to do at home would be wonderful :)
